If your TBL light turns red, PRESS once and a zone light will turn on showing you the type of trouble you are having.

Light 1 - Low battery
Option 1-Book a service call
Option 2-You can purchase a 12 volt, 4 or 5 amp battery at any Battery World location.
Light 2 - Low Battery, Wireless Trasmitter
Option 1-Book a service call
Option 2-You can purchase a replacement battery at any Battery World location.
Light 3 - Power Failure
Your power has been disconnected. Check plug in transformer
Light 4 - Bell Disconnect
Your siren is disconnected.
Light 5 - Bell Current Failure
The siren has overloaded the system and may be damaged
Light 6 - Auxiliary Current Failure
A power surge may have damaged your system or there is a short circuit in you system.
Light 7 - Communication Failure
The system has failed to communicate to the monitoring station, Schedule a system test.
Light 8 - Clock Loss Time
Your internal clock has been reset.

If your TBL light turns on, PRESS the star button to the left of the 0 followed by the 2 (*2) A zone light will turn on showing you the type of trouble you are having.

Zone 1 - Low Battery
Option 1-Book a service call
Option 2-You can purchase a 12 volt, 4 or 5 amp battery at any Battery World location.
Zone 2 - AC Loss
Your power has been disconnected. Check plug in transformer.
Zone 3 - Fuse Open - Power or Bell Fuse Trouble
A fuse has blown and may require a service call
Zone 3 - Telephone Line Trouble
Your phone line has lost dial tone. Has someone touched the phone line. Unplug your security cord or contact Telus
Zone 4 - Failure to Communicate
Your systems signal did not get thru to the monitoring station.
Reschedule a test. If unsuccessful, book a service call
Zone 5 - Fire Loop Trouble
There is a problem with the Fire Zone
Zone 6 - Loss of Time on Clock
Your internal clock has been reset.
